Sanjay brings over 30 years of cross industry experience & entrepreneurial expertise as a brand strategist, advertising & communication professional. He actively mentors and advises start ups, and has a keen interest in incubating new economy ideas.
He is a Designated Partner at Civic Spectrum LLP, a social impact communications, advocacy & outreach agency. He is Mentor & Editor at Licence to Drive, a digital content platform for auto, travel, lifestyle & culture. He is also on the Advisory Council for several start ups.
Previously, Sanjay was the Founder CEO at Design Worldwide, a multi-discipline strategic design firm, established in 2005. He was the Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM’s Expert Committee on Advertising, Brand & Design (2007-08) and Advisor to the Pondicherry International Film Festival (2018). In 2021, he cofounded Indiescope LLP, a tech enabled platform for independent cinema.
An opinion leader with business dailies such as HT Mint, Hindu BusinessLine, Times Of India and Business Standard, he has been a regular speaker at leading management institutes, design schools, startup summits & panel discussions. In 2024, he was invited to be a part of the Admission Selection Process for the PGDM Programme at Fore School of Management, New Delhi.

A food technologist by profession and a published author, writer & language coach by passion, Simmi has spent several years in the food & hospitality industry. She worked with the Taj Group of Hotels, and then as a National Consultant with the World Health Organization, followed by a stint as a Project Consultant, Mission Economique, UBIfrance at the Embassy of France, New Delhi.
In 2022, she authored the biography of renowned Jesuit educationist Padma Shri Rev. Fr. Thomas V. Kunnunkal, "Biography of a Life Extraordinaire: Remembrances and Reminiscences", published by Star Publications.
She writes, edits and translates projects in English, French and Hindi and has a keen interest in the Urdu script. Simmi writes for national publications and digital platforms on a variety of subjects including Current Affairs, Travel, Food, Health & Lifestyle, Education, Environment alongside special projects such as biographies, memoirs and coffee table books.
She also undertakes language coaching and soft skill training modules for various levels within organisations in the F&B and service industry.
